That is a very complex answer. Some children that are very young laugh at the site of someone in a mask. Some get very scared. Some adults get scared and some don't. Just remember, there will be very dark conditions with masked monsters jumping out at all times. There will be loud music, smoke

- Can we bring alcohol?

Sorry, but alcohol is prohibited on the property.  You will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund.

No.  This is an increasing problem.  Our Police Officers and Security will be watching the lines very closely.  Again, you will be asked to leave without a refund if caught with alcohol.

- How long will the Trails take to complete?
Actual time depends on a lot of factors. Some people that do not get scared easily may walk very fast through the trails and complete the trails faster. Horror Hill and Vertigo Haunted Trails starts the minute you enter our parking lot.  Spooks haunt the entire 20 acre grounds.  You can be "attacked" at any time.  With that in mind your haunting experience will take approximately one hour to complete if you choose the combo ticket!

- What should I wear?
The name says it all.  Horror Hill.  Do not wear nice or expensive clothing.  It is recommend to wear something casual. It is recommended that you wear older shoes.

- If I get too scared, can I get a refund?

Sorry, but no refunds are given.  Horror Hill has already STARTED when you buy your ticket.  If you get scared AFTER you buy your ticket then we have done our job!  We begin working as soon as you enter our parking lot.  i.e. gas for chain saws, labor, etc. NO REFUNDS.  Make your decision on going in BEFORE you buy your tickets!!!!

- Why can I not speak with a human when I call Horror Hill?  Because we are constantly working in the 20 acres of Horror Hill to make the show better.  We do try to answer as many calls as possible.  We also like to get a little sleep this time of year even though that isn't always possible.  We feel that with our website and our phone system covers most information about Horror Hill.  If you do need to contact us you can always reach us at horrorhill@gmail.com or on our message board.

Yes, patrons with epilepsy should be aware that strobe lights are used throughout the trail.

- If I fall and get hurt, is Horror Hill responsible for medical expenses?
No, patrons assume all liability as with any event of this nature.   Make sure you dress appropriately for this kind of event as you will be walking on uneven ground throughout your journey.  Patrons must be aware that with this type of event that there are areas of uneven ground and you should use caution at all times and NEVER RUN.  Our spooks cannot chase you if you aren't running.

- How long will I have to wait in line at Horror Hill?
That all depends on when you want to come. Of course we will be busiest on Fridays and Saturdays and Halloween. We also get busier the closer we get to Halloween. To sum it up, if you come early in the season and avoid Fridays and Saturdays then you will have a better chance of not waiting in line.   You can also save up to $5 by coming on select days by printing our online coupon .  You can also go to the pricing page and purchase either general admission tickets online or VIP tickets.  Purchasing your tickets online allows you to skip the ticket booth line should there be one.  VIP tickets allow you to go straight to front of the event line!  Please note:  There may be a few other VIP customers in front of you.  But don't forget, the waiting line itself is HAUNTED.  Horror Hill starts the second you buy your ticket.  Beware of flying chainsaws!!!!  Also, you can go to screampass.com and purchase VIP tickets.  This way you will go directly to the front of the line for the attractions.  Reminder: No refunds after tickets are purchased.

- Is there going to be a hayride this year? No.  Over the last two years the hayride has become more of a distraction as the tractors are loud and take away from the haunted experience.  With this in mind we will not have the hayride this year.
